Mining
Comthanko Mining provides mining operations support, ranging from Greenfield’s projects beginning with exploration drilling, to post-mining site rehabilitation and mine-site closure work. With open open cast and strip mining experience, Comthanko Mining offers seamless support in terms of skilled man-power, technical expertise, quality operational supervision, industry best project management and reliable heavy mining equipment.
PLANT & EQUIPMENT HIRE
Our fleet is comprised of an extensive range of earthmoving, surface mining solutions and related equipment which we provide to mining companies on a plant hire basis. Our equipment is always kept well maintained and ready for duty. We boast a small to medium fleet of earthmoving equipment which includes dump trucks, excavators, bulldozers, pay-loaders etc.
SKILLED OPERATORS
We have skilled operators that operate mining machines as part of our crew. They use the machinery to drill holes and excavate rocks, coal, metals, and other material. Our operators are thoroughly trained in both the operation of equipment and safety. This reduces maintenance costs, ensures longevity of our fleet and most importantly protects lives. We follow a stringent selection process to ensure that our operators have great physical strength and stamina, safety consciousness and good mechanical dexterity.
