Skilled Operators

We have skilled operators that operate mining machines as part of our crew. They use the machinery to drill holes and excavate rocks, coal,metals, and other material. Our operators are thoroughly trained in both the operation of equipment and safety. This reduces maintenance costs, ensures longevity of our fleet and most importantly protects lives. We follow a stringent selection process to ensure that our operators have great physical strength and stamina, safety consciousness and good mechanical dexterity.

From a specific scope of work to a complete turn-key mining operation, our skilled operators have the knowledge and experience, to provide a full mining operations service.

Their knowledge and skill allows them to perform
the following tasks:

operate big mining machinery
set up machinery
break up ‘rock’ to access minerals
collect minerals, loads minerals into trucks, onto conveyor belts or into train-like transport
keep records up to date
perform minor maintenance of machines and tools
